Server UPDATE 5/12/2013

Major update
ReScripted all Banning it now uses a cfg file instead of standard samp ban file + adds the banreason +bannedby (person name) to the users file that has been banned

Completely recripted loading saving and registering/login added much more secure password hashing and you are automatically spawned (no more haveing to click the spawn button) You will have to reregister your account as the last system is not compatible with the new system

recripted paintball fixes a bug were if you had weapons before entering you would not gain those weapons back upon leaving paintball now all previous weapons you had are given back to you.

reworked the loading of interiors when entering them

scripted few other things that shall not be named to give better control over the server by admins.

fixed an ammo bug now there is no longer unlimited ammo for weapons

Scrippted the ability to purchase more ammo from ammunation store's

added /carcolor at the neon shop at the end of the road from the big ammunation store (all colors applied here saves on /pv for all vehicle slots) the modshops only save vehicle 1 colors and paintjobs this will be fixed on a later date (the vehicle system needs to be completely rewriten)

Fixed a bug/exploit that would spawn a trashbag in the users hand everytime
he entered a non trashman job checkpoint on foot and would pay you upon entering another checkpoint on foot
